Discover Hot Stone Massage
The use of stones in massage dates back to ancient cultures that used the stones to stimulate health in the body. Today, Stone Massage utilizes both heated and cooled stones to provide deep relief from tension and pain and induce a profound relaxation.
Hot Stone Massage is also easier on the therapist! The heat of the stones helps to release muscle tension and the stones can be used as tools for increased pressure, which eases the strain put on therapists providing a deeper massage treatment.

practicum
Learn by Doing
After completion of the weekend course, to receive certification, you will offer ten (10) practicum treatment massage sessions. The practicum experience is to be completed within 6 months of taking the weekend course.
If the massages are not completed within the 6 month period, you may retake the weekend course for $250 +gst and then receive an additional 6 months to complete the required practicum.

Application with NHPC and MTAA to receive credits is pending. Please note that we have 5 other continuing education courses that are currently approved for continuing education credits with the NHPC and anticipate approval of Hot Stone Massage shortly:

Refund Policy
- If cancelled within 1 month of course date, 25% of total course cost is charged (1/2 of deposit)
- If cancelled within 1 week of course dates 50% of total course cost is charged (no deposit is returned)
